Taking care of yourself physically can provide a great line of defense against anxiety.

Here are a few ideas for getting a better night's sleep:

1. No screen time for 20 minutes before you plan to go to sleep.

2. Journal for 10 to 15 minutes before bedtime.  

* Recap the day

* Write plan for tomorrow

* 2  to 3 areas  of gratitude 

3. 3 to 5 minutes of relaxing music and focus on your breath right before you go to sleep. Quiet the mind.
